What is PM Kisan Yojana?
PM Kisan Yojana is a government scheme by the Government of India which allows farmers a benefit of Rs.6000 per year. You get the money in 3 installments of Rs.2000 each. The method to check the PM Kisan status has been changed now
The government has also changed the way PM Kisan status is viewed. Earlier, there were two ways to view the beneficiary status. The farmer could see it with the help of his registered mobile number and Aadhaar card. But, now the government has stopped using the Aadhaar card for this. The farmer cannot see the beneficiary status on the official website of PM Kisan using the Aadhaar card.
Why Check PM Kisan status update?
In the PM Kisan beneficiary status report, there is a complete detail of the PM Kisan Yojana account of the farmer. For example, how much installment he has received so far, how much money has been deposited in his bank account, if any of his installments are stuck, then what is the reason for it, whether his Aadhaar card is verified or not – all these details can be found in the PM Kisan report.
You have to complete your PM Kisan KYC on time
You have to ensure that you have completed your KYC on the official website portal of PM Kisan Yojana. KYC can be done using your Aadhar card and OTP. You have to visit the eKYC option on the pmkisan.gov.in website and then search for your account. After searching, you must enter your Aadhar number and verify the details. Then enter the OTP you receive on the registered mobile number. That is how you can complete the KYC.
